About the Role:

This position is to deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction, and to exceed our customer’s expectations.  You will support the Rosebud Store Manager and sustain strong working relationships with each member of the team to help create a friendly and efficient team based environment.  Product and System knowledge, and adherence to our operational disciplines, are critical in achieving customer satisfaction by minimising errors and complaints.

Using your demonstrated leadership capability, and strong self management disciplines, the successful candidate will be expected to work with, and provide support and mentor the store TEAM to achieve minimum individual and TEAM sales, and service targets on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis, and deliver outstanding customer feedback via our Net Promoter System (NPS) and RAD programs, by delighting our customers.

You will have a passion for sales, an energy to find new customers, and be an enthusiastic and quick learner, able to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to challenging situations.

Working to support each other, the TEAM strives to exceed individual and team targets, with the ultimate aim of being recognised as the best Telstra Store in Australia.

This is a full time position but will require flexibility of hours to meet the demands of our customer expectations.

About You:

Experience required to successfully fulfil the requirements of this role include a proven record of leading team’s to achieve KPI’s and sales targets.  A minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in leadership and management in a retail or similar sales environment.
