So – here’s the thing. We want awesome. Not OK. And we want someone who’s eager to invest in an idea, more than a business. And for this you will find yourself part of a strong team that values you, respects you and remunerates you for it.

We’re after a Food and Beverage Manager. Someone who can do it all up front. Someone who is keen to LEARN, to SHARE and to LEAD. You believe that good isn’t good enough. You should be flexible and passionate, calm under pressure and highly organised – juggling varied role requirements that require doing and thinking with ease. You:

  • Have extensive hospitality experience and some Senior Management experience.
  • Are confident with numbers and able to understand and report on sales targets.
  • Have experience in identifying areas of need and developing processes that promote growth and efficiencies.
  • Know how to find and keep amazing staff – creating and nurturing a strong, passionate and diverse team.
  • Have experience in implementing a diverse offering, for instance; functions, events, catering and retail.
  • Have a strong knowledge of or interest in learning about local wines and Victorian craft beer. And ideally, Southern-style BBQ.
  • Understand that our work needs you on weekends and public holidays and that you are the Captain of the ship in all the excitement and responsibility that that entails.
  • Are NICE.
