In line with a growth strategy, this organisation is now looking to secure an energetic Food Applications Scientist with meat experience highly regarded.
About the role
Working closely with the customer and the internal technical function, this role will be pivotal in applications development and translating customer needs, industry trends and R&D innovations into new applications in food with specific focus on meat/poultry. Reporting to the Head of Regional Application the role will fundamentally align as the technical partner for customers in development projects and any technical questions. The role will also involve:

Skills & Experience
Ideally degree qualified in food Science, food technology or an engineering discipline; you will have previous experience preferably in the meat/poultry sector. You will have knowledge working in an operations and commercial acumen with a strong desire to develop and expand your capabilities. Strong communication, problem solving and enthusiasm will be critical to your success, as will a can do attitude and aspiration to take the next step in your career.
