An opportunity has become available for a Front of House Managerto join the team of passionate and driven individuals who love what they do and strive for perfection.

The restaurant values rely heavily on friendly attentive service, traditional southern Italian cuisine and supporting local producers with their seasonal menu.

You will be available to work a mixture of afternoon and evening shifts, this role will see you co-ordinate service, train and develop a team of front of house staff, and work closely with the hands on owner to manage everything from rostering, ordering, and maintaining the warm and friendly service that locals and foodie travellers have come to know and love.

You will demonstrate:

  • Experience in similar supervisory roles
  • A sound knowledge of FOH operations including: reservations, table service, and great food and beverage knowledge
  • Excellent leadership ability
  • Great communication skills
  • Calm and level headed attitude all round
  • Warm and welcoming nature and excellent customer service skills
  • Passion for Italian Cuisine and local produce
  • Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
