We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Front Office Manager to join the team at this boutique hotel on the Mornington Peninsula.

As the Front Office Manageryou will oversee the daily Front Office and Housekeeping operations, ensure staff training and development is maintained and that guest expectations are exceeded.

To be successful for this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office Management position
  • Exceptional knowledge of hotel processes
  • The ability to follow and implement policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and operational management skills
  • Develop rapport within all hotel departments
  • A drive to succeed and further your career in the Hotel industry
