Seniors Community Care is a Community based organisation, located in Somerville on the Mornington Peninsula, which provides home based support to elderly, ill or disabled persons so that they can remain living independently. Seniors Community Care has a reputation for excellence in the provision of quality community care services for close to 20 years to clients within the Southern, Northern, Eastern metropolitan and Mornington Peninsula.

Reporting to the Director Community Services, the General Operations Manager is an effective, innovative member of the management team working to ensure that Seniors Community Care meets its goal of providing efficient professional service delivery of the highest standard.

This role will provide leadership and direction to the management team, driving initiatives that contribute to operational excellence. You will achieve this through insightful leadership and providing quality day to day delegation, support, supervision and mentoring.

You will drive and build effective delivery of high quality clinical services through evaluation and review. You will help build the capability for the future, enabling managers to lead more effectively and developing talent for a competitive advantage.  You will need proven results in identifying and pursuing opportunities for business development and service expansion.

To play a significant role in this organisation, you will be a motivated and committed team leader, and able to get the best out of your people. Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to manage challenging situations, will be matched with your business acumen and sound financial management.
