Peninsula Hot Springs is a multi-award winning and iconic spa and tourism destination on the Mornington Peninsula. This fast-growing and exciting organisation is a leader in the spa, wellness and tourism industries. Peninsula Hot Springs sees over 480,000 visitors annually and has an active and loyal following across its various marketing platforms.

We are looking for a talented designer to assist us in creating experiences where people relax in nature and connect with the deep well of their being. You will be responsible for producing graphic material for Peninsula Hot Springs by accepting creative briefs and developing end to end solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creation and design output of all communication material
  • Monitor the use of images and graphic content in accordance with the brand guidelines
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality print and digital solutions that communicate our brand message and deliver on commercial objectives
  • Use your creative flair to produce material that inspires high-yielding visitation and reflects the true customer experience
  • Participate in concept and creative brain storming sessions

To be considered, you must possess the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design
  • Minimum of three years graphic design experience
  • Superior end to end creative design solutions
  • Proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Strong print design experience including pre-press, layout and typography skills
  • Photography and videography skills (highly desirable)
  • A disciplined approach to maintaining brand identity and style guides
  • The ability to work autonomously, achieve results under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
  • A solid understanding of digital web design principles
  • Experience in the spa, tourism and wellness industry is an advantage

This is a permanent part-time position initially working 3 days per week, with the opportunity to increase shifts in line with future expansion plans. This role attracts a competitive remuneration package including excellent employee benefits.
