Reporting to the General Manager and working with members of the Club Committee, you will be responsible for the marina operations, maintenance, bookings, facilitating private berth transfers and new berth sales as well as all berth rentals within this Safe Boat Harbour. The role will involve building strong relationships with all berth holders and ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at all times. The Harbour Manager will play a key part in providing and maintaining a safe work environment, staff training and development, facility and tenant management, as well as leading on the administration of the marina.
To be successful in this position you are likely to have had previous experience in a supervisory and maintenance role of a large marina or similar operation. With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you will have an ability to interact and manage a variety of stakeholder relationships. Responsible for maximising usage and financial returns for the harbour you will have a proven track record at managing and adhering to budgets. The role requires strong administration and computer skills.
