We are looking for a Head Chef to help drive our established coastal restaurant. The food draws from the European bistro tradition and peasant cultures with a backbone of French classics. Carefully sourced produce is at its core and quality seafood is a major focus.
The role requires proven planning, budgeting and communication skills as well as a dedication to provide the dining experience our customers expect. Working closely with the owners, you will be part of a professional management team and be responsible for the kitchen operations of a busy all day dining venue.
