We are looking for a Go Getter. A Foodie who loves to create and develop new tastes. You would be responsible for all menu developments and the implementation of them. You will be controlling all ordering and inventory in the kitchen. You will ensure through thorough food controls projected profits are achieved. You will communicate with management to ensure high standards of training and operations in the kitchen are maintained. It will be your show. Your food safety standards and cleanliness standards will be outstanding. You will be creating new menu items and daily specials. You will have a good sense of humour and understand the customer comes first – always. Hospitality is in your blood.
