Job Description

You will be responsible for food purchasing, roistering and managing wages. As a key team leader you will need to communicate cohesively with other Venue team leaders to deliver the best customer dining experience.
To be successful in this position, you will have a passion for the hospitality industry and require previous Senior Chef Experience.

Your skills:

  • An excellent team player
  • Great at communicating and delegating with kitchen staff and venue management
  • A confident cooking style and strong emphasis on quality and presentation.
  • A good understanding of pub dining trends & creating flavour.
  • Must be hands on but still possess sharp kitchen administration & time management skills.
  • Must be a fully qualified Chef.
  • Must have a current RSF.
