Executive/ Head Chef

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated chef with modern ideas and knowledge of food to run and cook in our Fine dining restaurant and oversee the chefs in our modern bistro. The role requires the applicant to create menus for both, the restaurant (al a carte & function) and bistro, roster kitchen staff, food costing and stock control and organisation of all kitchen staff as well as many other kitchen duties.

The applicant needs to be authoritative, organized, passionate and committed to cooking quality food and motivated to improve the business.

The applicant must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in fine dining cooking and being a head chef.

The applicant must also be prepared to work weekend and night shifts.

Fulltime position with Good paying salary which is negotiable.
