Do you want to work close to home? Home Care Workers are required for immediate start in the Mornington Peninsula Area!

The Role

This role requires an experienced carer who is highly motivated and passionate about Home Care. You will be hard working, extremely organised, self-motivated and able to adapt to different situations in the working environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential to thrive in this role.

These roles report directly to the relevant case manager. Due to the nature of the role, it is required that applicants possess:

  •  A certificate 3 in Aged and Community care,
  •  A current driver’s licence,
  • A registered car,
  • A smart phone,

And are willing to drive reasonable distances within the region. Kilometres between clients’ homes are paid a rate per kilometre.

  • Be reliable and self-motivated
  • Work flexible hours – to suit yourself and the client
  • Have a strong customer focused attitude
