Job Description


We are looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a senior role set within a progressive, contemporary hotel and would suit someone with a genuine passion to create food that is delicious and exciting. You will be directly responsible to the Executive Chef / Head Chef and be a part of the creative direction of our seasonal menus. Our committed chefs support their teams to develop a forward-thinking attitude and deliver consistency in a fast-paced and vibrant environment.
