Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Cook to complete our team.

The right personality is essential for the role to ensure team chemistry so ‘the magic’ can happen.  As well as being able to have a laugh with your fellow work mates, you must understand when it’s time to get down and ‘dirty’ to perform an outstanding service every time.

To be successful for the role the following criteria is required:

  • Must be passionate about maintaining the standards of food quality and consistency to make customers come back time and time again
  • Great team work and communication with both the Head Chef and management
  • Have a confident cooking style and strong emphasis on quality and presentation
  • Must be hands on
  • Can assume responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen and its team in the absence of the Head Chef if ever needed
  • Must have a current RSF
  • Should have experience working in fast paced bistro kitchens
  • Is able to take feedback when given
  • Follow standard recipe cards and plating

Hours will be a minimum of 38 hours with options of over time

Pay Rate: $27 – $29 an hour
