Located on the stunning Mornington Peninsula overlooking a vineyard valley, T’Gallant Winery will offer you an enviable workplace and lifestyle. We are looking for experienced Cooks and Kitchen Hands who share our passion for food and wine. 5 Day working week including weekends – no evenings.
Your responsibilities will include the preparation of roman-styled, wood-fired pizza from dough preparation through to service in our busy Spuntino bar. You will work to the highest standards every day and expect the same from those around you. You will possess a very high level of organisational skills and you have the ability to execute daily tasks with the upmost professionalism.
You will be enthusiastic, motivated and passionate about your field of work, enjoy contemporary practices with a sense of humour, and be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment along with an ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar position is desired.
