EXPERIENCED Legal Clerk/Personal Assistant required to cover a 12 month Maternity Leave position.

We require a person who has at least 2 years experience as an assistant in a legal office.

The successful candidate needs to be good at communicating and working with clients, have a good general overall grounding in all areas of Law including but not limited to Commercial and  Family Law.

Daily duties include:

  • Liaising with clients, barristers, other lawyers by phone and correspondence
  • Diary Management
  • Typing own correspondence and dictating work for others
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise
  • Work both autonomously and in a team environment
