Peninsula Home Hospice provides home-based care to people living with a life threatening illness.
We have a group of skilled and dedicated volunteers who are an integral part of our palliative care team.
This eight day fortnight position involves:
· The recruitment, training and retention of volunteers
· Coordinating the volunteer program that supports client centered care
· Implementing volunteer management systems and ensuring compliance with organisational policy and processes
