Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner for our recently developed Minor Trauma Service.  It is a unique position which will allow a suitably qualified Nurse Practitioner to work directly with our Specialist Orthopaedic and Plastic Reconstructive Surgeons.

The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for triage and primary care of sporting injuries, primarily of the hand and ankle.  They will also be required to work closely with the Business Development Manager to grow and expand this service.

The successful applicant will have the following:

  • Experience in the treatment of emergency/orthopaedic injuries
  • Working towards or hold a provider number for direct referral to the Specialist Consultants
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • The ability to drive and develop business

This position is being offered as permanent part-time with weekend availability being essential.
