The successful applicant will need the following : Minimum 6 months administration experience Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills . Proficient in use of Microsoft Office. Positive can-do attitude. Mon-Fri (8:30Am-4:30PM) . Some of the tasks in the role will be : Receiving and processing incoming orders , Answering incoming telephone enquiries, Assist in the running of the sales and administration department.
