Job Description

We are looking for a new administrative assistant to join our Real Estate team in Blairgowrie!

We need someone enthusiastic to support our sales team and look after the marketing and administration within our office.

Attention to detail is paramount together with good computer skills.  If you can work independently and also love working within a team environment, are self motivated and can use initiative then we would love to hear from you.

 We are a fast paced office and need someone adaptable to change and able to think outside the box. You will be liaising with staff, clients and suppliers on a daily basis.

 It will commence as a 3 day per week role 9-4 (week days) with possibility to increase the hours.  You will be required to complete the Agent’s representative course if you don’t already have it. 

(We also need someone to assist in conducting open houses and inspections on the weekends.  If you are interested in adding the open houses to your administration role then it could be the one person doing both roles).
