Cozmic Sales is a Pharmacy sales agency looking after over 4000 Pharmacies across Victoria and other states.  We aim to provide superior service, whilst increasing sales and turnover of our products in Victorian Pharmacy Retailers.  We predominately focus in the areas of Health and beauty, but also have representation for other products that offer consumers quality and value.

Cozmic Sales seeks a self-motivated, hard-working individual to assist in our Head Office based in Mornington.  As we are a small team, being able to multi task is essential as well as being hands on and happy to help out in all areas of the office.  This role is full time at 38 hours per week Monday – Friday.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Data entry and keying orders into our in house sales system Inzant
  • Answering phone calls and responding to any issues that arise from both stores and sales reps alike
  • Reporting using Excell and Inzant
  • Taking on tasks as delegated by the Director/General Manager
  • Updating the sales system with new product information
  • Liaising with suppliers and other sales agents
  • Customer service for Pharmacy retailers via email and phone
  • Providing support for the sales team out on the road
  • Office filing
  • Updating Inzant and Drop box with product information and cycle deals

Some key skills the successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Have an eye for detail whilst being able to multi task to meet the demands of the business
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, word, outlook)
  • Previous office administration experience is essential
  • Experience in the Pharmacy channel is extremely advantageous but not essential
  • Be a team player and have a positive approach
