This growing commercial plumbing business is developing a strong reputation in new home plumbing.  This growth focus has seen the company expand from a sole operator to now a team of eight plumbers, and this growth is expected to continue. This means that our office now requires an office assistant to work along side an office coordinator 3 days a week to ensure smooth operation in the administration of the business.

What You Will Do

  1. Assisting with scheduling jobs and extensive diary management;
  2. Liaising with clients and customers;
  3. Ordering and stock management;
  4. Coordinate vehicles;
  5. General office duties;
  6. Data entry.

What we need from you –

  • Advanced Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • MYOB experience preferred but not essential
  • Reliability and Punctuality
  • Keen to learn and grow with the business
  • Ability to work autonomously is a must
