Job Description

This role is a permanent full time position, 76 hours across nine days in the fortnight. Remuneration will be dependent on experience.

The ideal candidate will be hard working, motivated but most importantly a team player.

They will possess great communication and interpersonal skills and be willing to go out of their way to ensure that our patients receive service of the highest quality. Although previous orthodontic experience is not essential, it would be a distinct advantage.

Main responsibilities and skills will include:

  • Providing chair side assistance to orthodontists and therapists
  • Adhering to strict Infection Control guidelines and protocols
  • Precise note taking of patient treatments using Dolphin management software
  • Providing oral health and post treatment instructions
  • Have strong computer and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Present as punctual and well groomed
  • Be motivated to continually learn and be a “people person”
