Owners Corporation Manager – Mornington Peninsula
Our Client requires the services of an exceptional Owners Manager to join their award winning team. You will be managing your own portfolio, building relationships with clients and providing them with your thorough knowledge of the Act.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Working on top end buildings
• Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
• Complex schemes & Commercial
• Providing General Management Support
• Working with Building Management Committees
• Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
• Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
• Periodic inspections

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• 2+ years Previous Owners Corporation Experience
• Thorough knowledge of the Act
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
• Have a high level of computer skills
• The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team
