We are looking for experienced Owners Corporation Managers to join our rapidly growing company. With three office networks across Metro Melbourne, the South Eastern Suburbs and the Mornington Peninsula our company is highly respected within the industry and stands apart as a market leader in our field due to our strong focus on service delivery. Reporting to the General Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of Owners Corporations that vary in size and complexities. We are looking for someone who truly believes that they stand out from their peers within this industry – someone who can not only talk the talk, but walk the walk.
To be considered for this role you need to be a self motivator, highly organised with an energetic approach to your working week. You must be a problem solver and enjoy the process along the way. You need a firm understanding of the Owners Corporation Act, be well versed on compliance, essential service and OH&S requirements, understand strata insurance, can interpret financials, is capable of budgeting & forecasting and is competent in effectively running AGMs and Committee Meetings of all sizes. Given the nature of this industry, this is a busy role and is suited to someone who is highly functional on the email, outlook, and Microsoft office packages – RP Office experience would be highly regarded but not essential.
The demands of an OC Manager can be relentless at times and we are therefore only looking for experienced managers that pride themselves on multitasking and someone that believes they have the stamina to continually exceed our client's expectations. Accurate administration, superior communication skills and someone capable of forming relationships with key stakeholders is a must.
As an OC Manager you have full accountability of your own portfolio however are supported in your service delivery by our backend office. You will need a drivers license, a passion for the industry and be someone who is not afraid to leave their ego at the front door and jump on board our team environment.
A sense of humour and a happy disposition will also go a long way. A minimum of 2 years experience as an Owners Corporation manger is required or related experience in Property Management.
Salary to commensurate with experience plus statutory superannuation.
