Job Description

In the role of PA / Business Coordinator you will provide support to the Managing Director and work closely with our team, its suppliers and customers.

Your main duties will include:

Day-to-day PA duties: management of emails, diary, travel

Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation

Assistance with shipments and logistics

Document management and filing

Keeping updated data and marketing information

Liaising with Customers

Despatch of Samples

The prerequisites for this role are:

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Excellent communicator with a high level of verbal and written communication skills

Highly competent in MS Office Suite

Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

Previous administration experience in the liquor industry will be an advantage
