We are seeking an experienced pastry cook with a passion for creating unique, quality patisserie lines to join our team. The position is part-time Sunday to Thursday 5hrs per day.
At least 2-4 years previous experience working as a Pastry Cook
Must have knowledge to manufacture, Vanilla Slice, Danish, Croissants, Tarts, etc.
Have the ability to work either independently or as part of a team.
Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Be adaptable and flexible and have good time management skills.
Be quality focussed and have knowledge of HACCP quality systems.
