We currently have part time and full time opportunities for PCA’s – Personal Care Attendants/Assistants in Nursing interested in being part of a progressive and growing organisation.

The organisation believes in delivering person centred care and values of honesty, respect and dignity for staff and residents.

The purpose of this role is to provide aspects of care including but not limited to:

  • Medication supervision
  • Nutrition & Hydration
  • Personal care – showering & toileting
  • Socialisation
  • Develop a working knowledge of the policies and procedures of the organisation
  • Keep up to date client notes and complete all relevant documentation
  • Attend meetings and training as required

Personal Care Attendant Profile:

  • You will have excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • The ability to manage care appropriately
  • Certificate III in Aged Care – essential
  • Current Police check
  • Minimum 12 months experience – essential
  • Understanding of dementia
  • Compassionate and empathetic person
