The Positions

We currently have vacancies for committed and experienced Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) at our beautiful Rosebrook Aged Care facility located near Rosebud.  These positions can be casual, permanent, part or full time with day, afternoon and night shifts available providing you with great flexibility.

Your responsibilities will include working with the nursing team to deliver excellent care to our residents. We provide a person centred approach, which involves listening, thinking together, sharing ideas and seeking feedback from residents. By working this way, we aim to give our residents the best possible care and ensure their personal goals and needs are respected and supported.

The PCA roles are fundamental to the overall care delivery we provide our residents. They also offer you an excellent opportunity to utilise and develop your skills. Your commitment will be rewarded accordingly with:
