Job Description

Due to organic growth, bookabreak.com.au is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join our rentals division.

We are: a relatively new and dynamic holiday rental management brand. Our aim is to reshape the short-term rental management market by providing the latest technology which, through our unique data metrics platform and proprietary systems is designed to increase performance and be dynamically responsive to consumer behaviour. With our first satellite office currently based at a predominant location in the coastal town of Blairgowrie; we are backed by a CEO and Founder with 20 years’ experience in real estate and IT expertise across server-based technologies, data-driven web development and relational database design.

You are: a highly motivated, organised and driven individual. You are a natural communicator, people person, customer service orientated and can consistently handle enquiries and dispute resolution with a positive mindset. You possess genuine ambition and desire for continuous professional development and alignment with an exciting and progressive new brand.
