About the role

In this role you will have the chance to be part of an active and friendly Property Management team in a fantastic office located in Frankston with plenty of support and ongoing training.

About you

You will be required to have a minimum of 12 months experience either as a property manager or experienced assistant. You must be positive, willing to learn and strong communicate skills.

To be successful in this role you must have the following:

  • Minimum 1-2 years Property Management Experience
  • Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio neatly and professionally
  • Positive, outgoing attitude
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Reliable, well maintained car
