The opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager or an Assistant seeking a step-up to take on the role of Property Manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of up to 110 properties
  • Admin/Leasing support in the office
  • Training provided by Senior Property Manager
  • Dealing with maintenance queries
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords

To be successful for this role you must have previous experience as a property manager or assistant, the ability to hit the ground running and be immaculately presented.

Essential Criteria:

  • Completed Agents Representative Certificate
  • Current drivers license
