A hugely iconic pub and favorite of tourists and locals alike is seeking a experienced and qualified Sous Chef to join their successful team. The summers here are pumping, while winters are more mellow – but still attract customers into their warm winter atmosphere. The venue hosts multiple events, showcasing some of the best local bands, DJ’s and festivities.

The dining experience is second to none, serving sophisticated pub style meals and an outstanding seafood selection. They really care about food here!

To be considered for the role you should have a great overview of kitchen knowledge, as well as;

  • Great people management, training and mentoring
  • Be able to meet budgets
  • Assist the head chef in coming up with interesting daily specials
  • Work closely with FOH staff to provide a complete experience that is second to none
  • Experience ordering, stocktaking and arranging rosters
