We are recruiting a Commis or Chef de Partie for a popularPortsea based pub/bistro that is part of a group that is a well-known player in the Australian hospitality market. The group own several of Melbourne’s top pubs and are on the lookout for a recruit who wants to build a career with the bust in the business.

The venue itself is known for its fantastic food and seaside atmosphere and the successful applicant will be working in a large team, running and maintaining a section to the highest of standards.

The venue offers excellent quality pub and restaurant service so you will be expected to have experience working in high-volume venues.

The ideal applicant will display the following attributes:

  • Outgoing, fun, & energetic attitude
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • High standards of service and presentation at all times
  • Passion to learn, grow, and develop your skills
