Job Description

Within this roll you will assist the sales team and rental department, be a liaison for photographers, floor-plan artists and a range of decorators and maintenance people used to prepare properties for sale.

Loading properties on various websites, prepare brochures, signboards and building newspaper ads is an important part of your job.

You will ideally have real estate experience a pro-active, outgoing and friendly personality as well as the ability to multi task, take direction and initiatives.

Applicants must have:

-Excellent customer service and handling of walk-in and phone enquiry

-Strong attention to detail

-Self motivation to work with minimal supervision

-Excellent communication skills amongst a diverse range of people

-Professional presentation

-Polite and efficient phone manner and the ability to deal with multiple calls

-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

-Experience uploading properties to Real Estate websites (preferred)

-Proven problem solving skills and ability to handle stress

-A passion for Real Estate

-Friendly nature and a sense of humour

-Agents Representative Certificate (preferred)

-Previous Real Estate Experience (preferred)
