  • Salary package of $33,000 – $40,000 plus commissions & bonuses – OTE $75,000+

Harcourts is an award-winning, fast-growing, real estate agency located on the Mornington Peninsula.  We have been the market leader in our territory for many years. But yet we continually evolve and strive for excellence. Our busy Peninsula office is now seeking to appoint a personal assistant to work alongside one of our successful senior sales agents.

If you have a passion for real estate combined with a minimum of two years practical experience within the industry this role may just be for you. The successful candidate will hold a current Agents Representative Licence and a current drivers licence. They will also be extremely well presented, very reliable and able to communicate on all levels. They will be a highly organised goal orientated individual who works to a plan. If you are a confident outgoing individual with great problem solving skills combined with a winning attitude and lots of energy this opportunity may just be the for you. In this position you will be working closely with a very experienced and successful senior sales consultant. You will experience every facet of real estate sales, have lots of fun and learn from one of the industry`s best. A rewarding base salary plus an attractive commission and bonus structure will be offered to the successful candidate.

Essential to your success with us is:

  • Previous Real Estate experience with a minimum of two years within the selling environment.
