T.J.Sparks Real Estate Pty Ltd is seeking applicants experienced in a boutique sales environment to work closely with the Director and assist the team in building client relations for property listings, in both the sales and rental categories.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Pending on the experience of the candidate, the position would be considered office support staff at the outset, with the option to explore a progression into the industry, with the REIV facilitated sub-agents course available, should the candidate demonstrate positive results.
Skills and experience
The suitable candidate would ideally have real estate sales experience specific to the sector itself together with a sub-agents license.
The position is available part-time, minimum x 1 day per week, with flexibility Monday-Saturday, again with growth potential in the business if results prove evident.
The candidate would be on an hourly rate with a commission structure in place for successful listings to provide significant incentive.
