Job Description

Reception/Sales Administration ROLE. Immediate start.

Amazing opportunity!!

* Long standing and busy Real Estate office
* Room for growth into other roles

This role is a permanent full time position, working from 9.00am to 5:00pm. Monday – Friday.

‘Director of First Impressions’

As the first point of contact, you will need to be professional in your manner with exceptional customer service skills. You will have the ability to communicate with a broad range of customers both internal and external, in a courteous and professional manner both in person and through other means of communication such as phone or written correspondence.
**Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.**
As well as your proven capabilities to work within an administration role, you will hold:
•medium to advanced computer skills with demonstrated ability in Microsoft, data base entering and the internet;
•excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem solve and meet customer needs;
•high level of communication skills both written and verbal;
•attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
