Reporting tothe Directors, you will provide excellent receptionist services to clientele; assistwith client record keeping; report writing; ATO liaison; scanning, filing &data entry via ‘cloud filing’; business supplies; manage client marketingdatabases and coordinate inspiring seminar functions – including booking and arrangingvenues, catering, travel and accommodation as required.
With relevant admin, software training/quals,you have strong reception/secretarial experience in the professional services,medical or legal sectors, or similar. You have strong values, maturity, excellent organising skills; and a keen eye-for-detail; motivated to promote and develop the business youwork in, through an absolutely beautiful presentation of your business. Excellent package plus lucrative ongoingincentives for new work you introduce. Awell-spoken, Australian ENGLISH Accent; neat, professional presentation andgrooming are essential.
