PHS is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Receptionist and Reservations Assistant to join our team.  As the Receptionist & Reservations Assistant, you will be responsible for effectively delivering an exceptional level of service and care to all guests, via both face-to-face contact on reception and verbal phone contact in reservations, in a courteous and professional manner.

To be considered, you must possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous administration skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong customer service skills, with excellent verbal communication techniques
  • Ability to work together as part of a dynamic team
  • Experience in effectively managing a high volume of incoming phone calls whilst providing the guest with detailed, accurate information
  • Demonstrate exceptional employee presentation standards
  • Attention to detail and prompt attention to guests
  • Highly motivated, energetic and hard working

This is a casual position working various shifts between 6.15 am and 10.15 pm across the seven day week.  To be successful, you must be available to work a minimum of three days per week.  You will have previous experience in a similar role including processing sales transactions and possess the relevant skills to work in both roles (reception and reservations).  PHS provides excellent working conditions for all employees and outstanding employee wellness benefits.
