Job Description

Major shopping centre property owner is seeking a corporate receptionist to oversee front of house and administration for their retail centre management office based on the Mornington Peninsula.

This role will suit a presentable and dynamic individual seeking an administration role within a vibrant and friendly environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all clientele / customer service
  • Manage all incoming phone calls and redirecting as required
  • Maintain front of house presentation and general housekeeping
  • Support Casual Leasing / Marketing / Centre Management teams with related administration (licence agreements, invoices, rent receipts, monthly reports)
  • Maintain tenant master database
  • light lease administration
  • External contractor registrations (insurance, induction paperwork,  scheduling)
  • Maintain Centre access keys register
  • General clerical work (data entry, correspondence, typing, filing, archiving)

Ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Demonstrable background in Property Reception / Administration
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Sound customer service skills
