The Role
The facility is offering permanent full time or part time shifts.

Your responsibilities include:

• Clinical care to residents
• Conduct and document assessments accurately on residents’ current status and requirements
• Develop, review and amend care plans
• ACFI documentation and assessments
• Supervise EENs, PCAs and other support staff
• Communicate and liaise with GPs and other Allied Health providers
• Administer all medications in accordance with legislative requirements
organisational policy and procedures and GP orders

About you
• Current AHPRA registration as RN DIV1
• Current Police check
• Be flexible and available on weekends
• Demonstrated knowledge of Accreditation standards and AFCI funding
• Clinical and problem solving skills
• The ability to write clear and concise care plans
• Knowledge of legislative requirement in Residential Aged Care
