The organisation is going through a considerable amount of change and is consequently investing significant time and resources into the review and adaptation of its service lines, employee base and organisational structure. As a consequence an opportunity exist for a senior remuneration and benefits specialist to undertake a major review of the current remuneration and benefits structures throughout the organisation.
Tertiary qualified, the successful candidate will be a seasoned remunerations and benefits specialist who can demonstrate a strong tract record of similar work in large organisations. You will have been previously engaged as a Remunerations and Benefits specialist and your knowledge and experience will reflect your strategic understanding of of how the function interrelates with corporate direction, organisational goals and strategic objectives. The breath of your experience will provide you with the confidence to consult and make confident recommendations. With strong communication skills, your ability to build immediate rapport and instil an immediate sense of trust and credibility will be impressive.
