Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to join the internationally recognised Woodman Estate on the Mornington Peninsula. The dining at the Estate encompasses breakfast, lunch, high tea, dinner (casual and formal) and of course, special occasion functions.

Dealing with guests from all around. the world, this exciting Restaurant Manager role requires a positive, polished, enthusiastic, perceptive leader, who is focussed on guest satisfaction while leading and nurturing a small, professional team

The role will require the following;

  • Confident handling of day-to-day operations of all restaurant dining services
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills.
  • An ability to plan to succeed
  • A high level of customer service
  • Delivery of staff training in accordance with our values and policies
  • Proactive attitude and leadership skills
  • Must hold a current RSA
  • Strong financial numeracy to reconcile
  • Strong POS proficiency
  • Experience essential

Skills & Experience

  • At least 7 years waiting experience
  • Preferably – a formal F & B qualification
