About the Role

Located in the heart of Victoria’s beautiful Mornington Peninsula wine region, the home property has 10 acres (4.2 ha.) of vines planted with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Pinot Gris

This venue and award-winning winery is seeking a passionate, creative and driven Venue Manager who is looking to make their mark on the industry.

This role will suit a manager whose focus is quality vs quantity, a natural leader with strong financial acumen. Experience a la carte environments and ideally have exposure to contemporary Australia fine dining and functions.

Your role will be to lead a dedicated team to deliver a truly inspiring variety of food and beverage experiences across a diverse range of dining selections

About You

You will have a passion for hospitality and tourism and the desire to deliver innovative and energetic guest experiences. You are hands on and love to lead and motivate your team by example.

You will be a mature minded, reliable team player with highly developed communication skills with previous management experience in hospitality or tourism.

You will need to possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills and enjoy achieving results

You will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders utilising your highly developed interpersonal and people management skills.

  • Demonstrated experience working in a management role within high end or fine dining restaurants.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and possess the ability to influence a positive outlook on change
  • WSET Qualifications will be highly regarded however not necessary.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results in a multisite management position
  • Experience implementing new policies and procedures
  • Strong leadership, operational, financial and people management skills
