Hands on team leader.

you will be responsible for

  • staff training and mentoring
  • customer service and satisfaction
  • instilling company culture

Roster Food & Beverage cost control

  • effective management
  • costed rosters
  • ensure beverage and wage costs are controlled and in line with company policy
  • liaise¬†with chef to ensure food standards are maintained and costs are kept in line or below company policy

Experience

  • minimum of 5 years restaurant / function / catering and events

Thursday – Monday
this full time position is 7 months at Sorrento 4 months at Falls creek
