An exciting new opportunity has opened up for an experiencedRestaurant Manager with a focus on excellent food and beverage service to make their mark on this pumping, landmark venue inMornington.

We are after someone special who exudes leadership confidence and a genuine passion for the industry, someone who can exceed the already high standard of this tourist and local crowd hot spot.

Featuring a large dining room, tavern, function room, and heaps of outdoor seating, the role of Restaurant Manager is not for the faint of heart! To gain an interview for this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:

  • Previous management experience in a very busy food-focused venue
  • A passion for great food and wine
  • Process and systems driven – necessary when you are running a venue of this volume!
  • A real passion for customer service – get to know your locals
  • Extremely focused on staff training and development

As the new Restaurant Manager you will be working within this established family-owned venue and taking accountability for the management of a medium-sized team who are passionate about great food and drink.
