The immediate and long-term success depends on the commitment of the team as a whole. You will be an integral member of this team and will grow as our business grows. Support will also come the management team with ongoing training and development.

We are currently seeking restaurant supervisors.  As a restaurant supervisor you will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a supervisory position.  All applicants must be available to work weekends & be able to commute to Red Hill.

To be considered for these positions you will need:

  • A minimum of four years’ experience in a hospitality business as a restaurant supervisor (fine dining or wine knowledge highly regarded)
  • Management skills & experience
  • Have a passion for food and wine
  • Have an RSA
  • Be willing to work nights and weekends
  • Well presented with good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Desire to continue learning and growing within the industry
