The Revenue Officer – Systems focus is to develop procedures, system enhancements and maintenance of Council’s property and rating system to ensure accuracy and efficiency in business operations of internal and external customers, as well as providing general and technical support to the Revenue team and co-ordinate the delivery of notice data for external printing.
You will be customer service focussed with high level verbal and written communication skills. You will be responsible for testing and implementing all new software and ensuring a high level of data integrity, as well as developing reports using Crystal reporting. High level skills in Microsoft Office programs essential, especially Access and Excel. You will hold tertiary or TAFE qualifications in an IT or related field, or several years’ experience in a similar role.
